Do you deliver to all cities in Qatar?

  نعم، خدمة التوصيل موجودة إلى جميع المدن في قطر ولكن تختلف تكلفة التوصيل حسب المنطقة ويتم التوصيل خلال يوم إلى ثلاث أيام من الطلب

Yes we deliver to all cities in Qatar with different delivery fee rates. The delivery is between 1- 3 days from submitting the order.

What are the delivery fees?

داخل الدوحة: ٤٠ ريال قطري

:خارج الدوحة

٥٠ ر.ق. : الخريطيات، روضة الحمامة، الخيسة، أم صلال، الوكرة، السيلية

٧٠ ر.ق. : الخور، الشحانية، النصرانية، روضة راشد

٢٠٠ ر.ق. : الشمال، زكريت، دخان، الجميلية، أم باب

المناطق غير المذكورة أعلاه، سيتم احتساب مبلغ التوصيل من خلال المندوب*

سيتم الغاء الطلب في حال عدم الرد على المندوب لمدة ثلاث أيام بعد تاريخ الطلب**

Inside Doha: 40 QAR

Outside Doha:

  • 50 QAR including Kharaitiyat, Rawdat Alhamama, Al-kheesa, Umm Salal, Al-Wakra, Seliya
  • 70 QAR including Al-Khor, Shahaniya, Nasrania, Rwdat Rashid
  • 200 QAR including Al-Shamal, Zekrit, Dukhan, Al-Gamiliyah, Om Bab

* The delivery fee of the areas that are not included in the list will be calculated by the delivery service accordingly.

** The order will be cancelled if there is no reply tp the delivery service for three days after the order date.

What are the accepted payment methods?

 نقبل الدفع عن طريق البطاقات الإئتمانية والمصرفية فيزا و ماستر كارد أو نقداً عند التوصيل. في حال الدفع المباشر من الموقع، سيتم تحويلكم إلى بوابة الدفع الإلكترونية سداد لإدخال المعلومات المطلوبة

We accept Visa and Mastercard as online payment or cash on delivery. When you select online payment at the checkout page, you will directed to Sadad website to provide your card details and proceed with the payment.

Yes we accept cash on delivery.

هل أستطيع دفع المبلغ نقداً عند الاستلام؟

Is delivery fee included on the total price at checkout page?

لا، تكلفة التوصيل تكون منفصلة حسب المنطقة ويتم احتسابها عن طريق شركة التوصيل ويجب دفعها نقدًا عند الاستلام 

No, it is not included. The delivery fee is calculated based on the destination location and it should be paid separately by cash upon delivery.

هل تكلفة التوصيل ضمن المبلغ النهائي الظاهر في صفحة الدفع؟

Can I Cancel My order?

نعم، يمكنك إلغاء الطلب خلال ٢٤ ساعة من وضع الطلب عن طريق إرسال رسالة إلكترونية إلى:

إذا تم الدفع المباشر من خلال الموقع، سيتم استرداد المبلغ إلى الحساب خلال أسبوعين

Yes, you can cancel your order fully within 24 hours of placing your order by sending an email request to info@scheme.qa. If you paid online, the refund will be credited to your account within two weeks.

What do I do if I received a faulty item?

  يرجى التواصل معنا عن طريق إرسال رسالة إلكترونية خلال ٤ ساعات من استلام الطلب مع صور وتفاصيل المشكلة إلى البريد الإلكتروني

If any item was delivered faulty or damaged, please send an email to info@scheme.qa within 4 hours of the recipient with a description and pictures of the issue.
